Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV), the Non-East Zone subsidiary of Manila Water Company, celebrates a decade of service marked by growth, innovation, and expanded access to safe water across the country. Since its launch, MWPV has invested heavily in infrastructure—over PHP 2.6 billion in 2024 alone—to improve service coverage and future-proof operations outside the East Zone.

MWPV’s regional progress includes major CAPEX investments in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. From reducing Non-Revenue Water in Pangasinan and Tanauan to delivering 35MLD to Metro Cebu and expanding Laguna coverage by over 47,000 connections, each milestone reinforces its mission. With over 2,800 kilometers of water network laid and 1.5 million customers served, MWPV enters its second decade driven by innovation and commitment to sustainable, nationwide service.
