Residents across Camiguin are praising the Camiguin Water Company (CWC) for delivering reliable and fair water services since taking over operations. The company has ensured consistent supply even in remote areas, implemented billing based on actual consumption, and responded promptly to customer concerns. Locals from Sagay and Catarman shared that water pressure is now strong, outages are rare, and service has become more efficient and equitable.

Beyond improving access, CWC has addressed infrastructure issues such as leaks and illegal connections, contributing to a more sustainable system. Community members have also noted increased awareness on water conservation.
